Your Area Agency on Aging

Care Connection for Aging Services is a not-for-profit organization designated by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services to: assess the needs of older adults in the 13-county area we serve; develop necessary public and private resources to meet their needs; and deliver to our constituents a comprehensive and coordinated system of services, information, and access to needed services.

Care Connection will provide resources and services that empower people to create healthy aging experiences. We strive to realize this mission on a daily basis through the 23 Local Centers served by dedicated staff and volunteers.

Our vision statement states the people we serve will live with maximum independence, respect and dignity.
