Your Area Agency on Aging
Care Connection for Aging Services is a not-for-profit organization designated by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services to: assess the needs of older adults in the 13-county area we serve; develop necessary public and private resources to meet their needs; and deliver to our constituents a comprehensive and coordinated system of services, information, and access to needed services.

Our mission is to assure that older Missourians residing in the service areas we serve live with maximum independence and dignity. We strive to realize this mission on a daily basis through the 24 Local Centers served by dedicated staff and volunteers.
